From August 16 to 18, at the Virginia Beach Conference Center, Twisted Ink Tattoo and Folk City Tattoo will be hosting the 1st Annual Virginia Beach Tattoo Festival.
The First Annual Virginia Beach Tattoo festival will consist of over 200 tattoo artists from around the world ...circus sideshows, tattoo contests, pinup contest, skateboarding, hot rods & much much more to see. Enigma and the Showdevils will be performing live!!!
The pre-festival party will be held at Shaka's Nightclub in Virginia Beach on Thursday, August 15th.

When & Time: Friday, August 16, 2013 1:00 pm - Sunday, August 18, 2013 5:00 pm
